Due to the COVID-19 situation some participants may be remote; however, team leaders are required to live onsite in Colorado Springs. Teams from the Colorado Springs area may live at home but are expected to be onsite, in-person daily.
If you want to apply, please submit your application online by 8pm MT on April 19. Teams that submit early have a small advantage because we have more time to consider their applications. (You can submit after the deadline - though keep in mind that if you apply late, we can’t guarantee the exact date of when you’ll hear back from us with a decision.)
We will be inviting teams to talk to us on a rolling basis. Friday, May 7 is the latest date you’ll receive an invitation if you applied by the deadline.
Interviews will be held either in March, April or early May. An application fee of $100 per person is due at the time of interview, and all participants must be life licensed in your state of residence by May 31. (And the great news, you can meet the online training requirements in most states in less than 10 days.)
During the 3 month cycle, we invite speakers every week to talk to the teams about one aspect of growing their business. Participants then spend the subsequent week applying what they learned.
Two or three times per week, you’ll have group office hours, where you’ll talk with hosts and other participants for an hour. These group office hours are a chance to get to know others in your cohort going through similar things and to help each other.
During and after the 3 months, we introduce participants individually to people who could help them. CEOs of other $1M+ firms and our partner network of A-rated product providers form an extremely powerful contribution to the Bootstrap alumni network.
About 10 weeks in, we organize an event called Launch Day at which each team presents to a carefully selected, invite-only audience.
Bootstrap doesn’t really end after 3 months; only the talks do. We continue to give advice and make introductions as long as our graduates need through the Bootstrap alumni network.
